Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative working in our Caseyville, IL location, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Intech Products within a defined territory/vertical. The primary focus of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction, foster trusted relationships with clients and prospects, and identify new opportunities for Intech products. Occasional travel to support sales efforts (<5% of the time).

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new opportunities for Intech Products
  • Establish trusted relationships with Partners and Prospects
  • Be effective in virtual communication methods.
  • Maintain data in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on online leads and qualify inquiries.
  • Promote awareness of Intech’s products/webinars/events through social media, and website referrals.

Additionally you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company.

Ideal Qualifications include:

  • 1 or more years of inside sales experience in technical or building material related fields.
  • Experience working with and communicating with engineering firms and distribution channels.
  • Strong e-communication skills – Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Strong written and email communications skills
  • The ability to understand and read blueprints and construction plans is a plus.
  • B2B sales experience is a plus.
